Our signature PREP ORIGINAL scent is a proprietary blend that contains notes of japanese cherry blossom + white tea. The smell is subtle, fresh and clean. These salts can be used as a bath soak, as a detox foot soak, as a salt scrub in the shower or as aromatherapy. One 16 ounce mason jar is enough for 4-5 baths.

how to use
For a bath: start warm water and pour about 1/4 jar of salts into tub and relax away!
For a foot soak detox: make the water as hot as you can take it. The heat will enter your feet and will make the body sweat out toxins. The essential oils will enter the body and start putting all the good stuff in your body while taking out all the toxins.
For a shower: add salt to a wet wash cloth scrub on elbows, knees and heals.
These salts can also be used as aromatherapy. One 16 ounce mason jar is enough for 4-5 baths. Salts will dissolve in the water. Soak at least 10 minutes (or longer!) to receive the full benefits.

Dead Sea salts come from the Dead Sea, which is a saline lake located 400 meters below sea level in Israel. They contain 21 minerals including magnesium, calcium, sulfur, bromide, iodine, sodium, zinc and potassium. These minerals occur naturally in our bodies but must be replenished, as they are lost throughout the day.
