Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Rather than pursue medicine, she went on to complete her master’s degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. She spent the next 15 years working in the corporate world, spending the latter half of her career with JPMorgan Chase. She took a leap of faith in 2013 and left her corporate career to become an entrepreneur. Kelly’s adventure as an entrepreneur has been painful yet full of joy, as she claims life is all about learning and growing in a positive environment. She is the mom to two children who have seen first-hand the ups and downs of starting a business from scratch.

Iwona oversees PREP’s art department and all things related to the brand. She graduated from the University of Utah and was the Art Director for the Seattle Symphony for eight years and has a keen eye for clean lines and pops of color. An immigrant from Poland, Iwona came to the states when she was 21 years old. She’s the mom to a set of twins which keeps her running every single day of the week!

Jenn is our detail oriented, always planning ahead, operations and compliance officer. She oversees the operations department which includes supply chain, third party vendors, formula testing, packaging compatibility, WERCs, LabelInsight, and so much more. Jenn received her Bachelors in Political Science from Texas Weslyn University and taught in public education for 10 years. She still loves her checklists, paper, highlighters and sticky notes! Jenn is an amazing mother to 2 teenagers that may or may not make her crazy most days.

Regina keeps our office orderly and running on time. Her official title is “Chaos Coordinator + Master Organizer” because she oversees our shipping and logistics department and works intimately with our EDI team. She previously worked as an Inventory Specialist at a distribution center which shipped to 35 Trader Joe’s stores spanning from Texas to Colorado. Regina delights in spreadsheets, pivot tables and V-lookups. She is known in the office as the inventory expert as she has her pulse on all inventory at every waking moment! She is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Business Management and she is also a mom to FIVE kiddos. She knows a thing or two about being a chaos coordinator + master organizer. 😊
