Hello PREP Beauty Girl Ambassadors! We are excited to see all of you again.

In this meeting you will:
1. Breakout into small groups and run a company. Each “company” has specific tasks to do and will need to create a budget, create a sales pitch, sell their products and turn a profit. This is a simulation based on real setbacks, budgets, products and companies that Kelly has engaged with since the inception of PREP.

2. Learn about leadership. Each group will create roles and responsibilities for each team member. Who is your leader (boss)? Who is great at doing administrative work, like keeping the team organized and taking notes? Who is your finance (math) manager? Find out what it’s like to work as a team and get ready to work together and find out which tasks are easy for you to pickup and which tasks you might not enjoy.

3. Leadership in the world. What types of leaders are in this world? Who are leaders you like and dislike? What type of leader do you want to be and what characteristics can you work on now in order for you to become the leader you envision?
