We love teaching Girl Scouts about how food affects their body, mind and skin! Your troop will meet at PREP’s Beauty Bar in Stonebriar Mall. Your workshop is EATING FOR BEAUTY and you will earn a badge for this workshop.

Join us as we teach your Girl Scout:
1. All about fruits, veggies and skincare!
2. Which foods have more sugar than others
3. The secret to a lifetime of healthy, beautiful skin (hint: veggies and sunscreen)!

We will briefly discuss skincare 101, the UV rays and how starting healthy habits now is important for maintaining overall wellness throughout your life. The heart of our workshop will be discussing how the food choices we make can affect our energy, performance and overall health.

We encourage every mom in the troop to attend so moms can hear what we are teaching the girls. BONUS: Moms will likely learn a few fun things too! Everyone will have the opportunity to sample all the products during the workshop.
