Kelly, our founder, had the chance to be interviewed by Alberstons Marketplace. Here she shares some inside scoop on the PREP brand. Below is one interview question Kelly gets asked frequently!

What advice do you have for anyone that’s looking to venture into the health and beauty industry?

My advice is pretty simple.

1. Do Good Work.

2. You don’t have to know all the answers, you just need to ask the right questions. Show up every day and do the work. Don’t expect to build everything in one day or even in one year. Stop trying to be perfect because your company will continue to grow and evolve. Progress over Perfection!

3. It is so important to be a team player. What you give out is what you’re going to get back. If you are territorial or want to keep everything to yourself, it’s going to be really hard to succeed.
