Laugh until your belly hurts!

Laughing is not only great for your mind but it's also great for your body. Laughter improves blood flow and oxygen to the body, boosts your immune system, decreases stress, and it can even improve your memory. Laughter is also very social and tends to be contagious. If it seems like everyone in your house is having a bad day, try laughing and see if it becomes contagious with your family members. Before you know it, you may all be rolling on the floor laughing. And if you are feeling a little low or run down, spend some quality time with friends or family because you are 30 times more likely to laugh when you are with people than when you are alone!
